Legacy training

Last night I trained with Legacy and I lasted the entire training session and did all the stunts. This is the first time since I got injured :) Hopefully I get to do everything soon.

Flips

Both standing flip and RO flip are feeling less heavy on my wrists. I still need a pot for the first ones but it is getting more consistent. My round offs are still pretty crappy and my legs are not straight.

Getting back to training

First week back since I got a massive concussion on 17th June. Came back from Uni games and started training on Thursday, 11th July. I’m still not allowed to do a lot of stuff but I did tumble, and also did some basic stunting, toss extension and hands press lib.
